All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Event Cancellation or Significant Changes
If the event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed by the organiser, attendees will be informed of their options, including any applicable refund entitlements.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law. Where a refund or other remedy is required by law, those rights apply regardless of the dates above.

5. Attendance
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards presenters, event staff and other participants, and to comply with reasonable venue safety requirements.
6. Personal Information
Excel Purpose Pty Ltd collects and manages registration information for payment processing, event administration and attendee communication.
Relevant attendee information may be shared with Happy Ikigai and event service providers where reasonably required to deliver the Intensive.

7. Photography and Recording
The Happy Money Intensive® will be photographed and video recorded.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that they may be photographed, filmed or recorded, subject to any preferences or objections communicated to the organisers.
Recording and Internal Use
The event recording is intended for internal purposes, including program reviews, quality improvement and event evaluation. Recordings and footage may be shared between Excel Purpose Pty Ltd and Happy Ikigai for these purposes.
The full event recording will not be publicly distributed or published.
Photography and Promotional Use
Event photographs may be used by Excel Purpose Pty Ltd and Happy Ikigai for advertising, marketing, promotional materials, websites and social media, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.
Opting Out
Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed in an identifiable manner should notify Excel Purpose in writing at [email protected] before the event or advise event staff upon arrival.
The organisers will take reasonable steps to accommodate these requests, including adjusting filming arrangements where practicable.
For close-up photographs, interviews or testimonials intended for promotional use, additional consent may be requested.
All recordings and photographs will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
